菲丽西提·霍夫曼(Felicity Huffman)，1962年12月9日出生于美国纽约贝德福德，演员。
因出演《绝望的主妇》中勒奈特一角而广受关注。2005年凭借电视剧《绝望的主妇》获得第57届艾美奖最佳女主角。2006年凭借电影《穿越美国》获得第63届美国电影电视金球奖最佳女主角。
菲丽西提·霍夫曼1962年12月9日生于纽约，是家里八个孩子中最小的一个，有一位兄长和六位姐妹。高中就读于著名的密歇根Interlochen 艺术学院，从纽约大学艺术戏剧专业毕业后在伦敦的皇家戏剧学院继续进修了戏剧表演。
菲丽西提·霍夫曼演艺经历菲丽西提早年多在百老汇和非百老汇舞台打拼并小有成就，曾替代麦当娜出演著名百老汇舞台剧《Speed-the-Plow》。但闯荡好莱坞却并不非常成功，多数出演电视剧为主，大银幕上也只偶尔出演一些小配角，正如自己所言只一个自由演员经常会为下一个演出机会担心。1998年主演了著名制作人Aaron Sokin的首部电视剧《体育之夜》，可惜此剧"红颜薄命"，虽然评论家一致叫好但收视惨淡。此剧被砍后菲丽西提专注于和丈夫著名演员威廉H·梅西的感情生活，于2000年和2002年生下两个女儿。夫妻两人也多次在荧幕上合作。
但2004年运气突然降临到了头上，菲利西提同时接到了两部对其事业有着巨大影响的剧本----电视剧《绝望主妇》和电影《穿越美国》。 随着所主演电视剧《绝望主妇》大红，菲利西提的艺术生涯也开始飞速上升。2005年她获得艾美奖喜剧类剧集最佳女主角，在同年上映的电影《穿越美国》中无与伦比的出色演出为其赢得了多个电影节影后殊荣，以及2006年金球奖剧情片最佳女主角，电影独立精神奖影后和奥斯卡影后提名。也因此成为几位主妇中唯一一个成功进驻电影圈的演员，近几年保持着拍摄《绝望主妇》之余一年一部电影的成绩。她也表示希望在"主妇"结束后重返纽约百老汇舞台。
